We only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never provide your data for commercial purposes to third parties. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided on it by the webshop.

The effective date for the validity of these terms is 29/08/2022. With the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes which data about you is collected by us, how this data is used, and with whom and under what conditions this data may possibly be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse, and what rights you have regarding the personal data you have provided to us. About data processing

Below, you can read how we process your data, where we store it (or have it stored), which security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.

Webshop software: Mijndomein

Our webshop is developed with software from Mijndomein. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Mijndomein has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Mijndomein is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Mijndomein uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Purpose of data processing

We only use your data for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing purposes. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will explicitly request your permission. Your data is not shared with third parties, except for accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all obliged to confidentiality based on the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (e.g., your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.

Cooperation with fiscal and criminal investigations

In some cases, webshop may be required by law to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations by government authorities. In such cases, we are obliged to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities provided by law.

Retention periods

We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will also consider this a forget request. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data; therefore, we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term lasts. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have created as a result of your assignment.

Your rights

Under current Dutch and European legislation, you, as the data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below, we explain what rights these are and how you can invoke these rights. To prevent abuse, we generally only send copies and copies of your data to your already known email address. In the event that you wish to receive the data at another email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep records of completed requests, in the case of a forget request, we will administer anonymized data. You will receive all copies and copies of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems. You have the right at all times to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.

Right of access

You always have the right to access the data that we (have) process(ed) and that relates to your person or is traceable to you. You can make a request with that purpose to our privacy officer. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data with an overview of the processors that have these data under their control, stating the category under which we have stored this data.

Right to rectification

You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process(ed) and that relate(s) to your person or that can be traced back to you, adjusted. You can make a request with that purpose to our privacy officer. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data has been adjusted.

Right to restriction of processing

You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process(ed) that relate(s) to your person or that can be traced back to you, restricted. You can make a request with that purpose to our privacy officer. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to object and other rights

In some cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of webshop. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will provide you with copies and/or copies of data that we process or have processed and then permanently cease processing. You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. If you believe this is the case, please contact our privacy officer.
